Shipping and returns

CERAMICA EL TITI S.L. is committed to deliver the orders to the CLIENT's address within 5 working days for peninsular national orders, and 10 working days for international orders and/or Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

If there is any reason why the delivery time could be modified, CERAMICA EL TITI S.L. will contact the CUSTOMER to agree on the new terms satisfactory to the CUSTOMER. However, such delay would not imply the cancellation of the order or compensation.

The CLIENT will receive an invoice by telematic means or enclosed in the product shipment package. From the moment of the signature of the delivery note of the package, it will be considered that the order has been delivered correctly. At the same time, it is the responsibility of the CUSTOMER to notify on the delivery note if there is any type of damage or anomaly regarding the condition of the goods.

The CUSTOMER must pay the shipping costs, which will fluctuate depending on the country of destination and the characteristics of the package (weight and measurements).

The CUSTOMER must pay the corresponding customs fees and charges in the case of international shipments, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. CERAMICA EL TITI S.L is not responsible for the expenses outside the company. The transport company in charge of making the delivery to the CLIENT will carry out the customs management and its corresponding documentation.


The CLIENT have the right to return any product purchased from CERAMICA EL TITI S.L. This period will be 7 days from the date of receipt of the order. 

To carry out a return, the following requirements must be fulfilled: 

- The CLIENT must communicate to the Customer Service Department of CERAMICA EL TITI S.L. by e-mail to the address indicating the reason for the return.

- If the reason for the return is a breakage, a defective item or not corresponding to the order placed, CERAMICA EL TITI S.L. undertakes to bear the cost of return and new shipment.

- If, on the contrary, the reason for return is due to a change of opinion of the CUSTOMER, or any other personal cause unrelated to CERAMICA EL TITI S.L., the company agrees to refund the amount of the returned goods, but not the amount of shipping costs or return.

- The expenses of return will be considered as those that the CLIENT pays to his company of transport contracted to carry out the return to the address of CERAMICA EL TITI S.L.

- For a return to be considered accepted, the purchased items must be received at CERAMICA EL TITI S.L. in its original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition.

- The packages with the returns will be sent to the address of CERAMICA EL TITI S.L.: Calle Camino Arrieros S/N. CP 14540 La Rambla (Córdoba).

- In case the CLIENT would like to cancel an order, they will have the right to do it without incurring in any expense before the departure of the order. If the cancellation of the order was notified after the departure of the package, the CUSTOMER shall bear the cost of shipping and return of the order.
